This is great for breakfast on the go or a nutritious snack anytime of day. All of these ingredients are super nutritious and many are considered super foods. This smoothie is both healthy and delicious.
Ingredients
1 cup ripe papaya
½ ripe bananas
2 tsp chunky peanut butter
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp honey
¾ cup skim milk
Procedure
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer your smoothie looser, add a little more milk or water. Serve well chilled
